Meet Mark Rayer
A second-generation builder and Delaware County native, Mark Rayer brings more than 20 years of construction experience to Rayer Sexton Homes. His background spans residential building, site development, and excavation, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to move a project from the ground up with precision.
Mark is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail that keep a project moving smoothly. His experience with site work, construction logistics, and complex building conditions allows him to anticipate challenges early and help create a more seamless experience for clients.
Before beginning his career in construction, Mark proudly served four years in the Marine Corps. He resides in Delaware County, PA, with his wife and five children.
Raised in Delaware County, Meghan McCormick brings more than 18 years of finance and accounting experience to Rayer Sexton Homes. Her background includes financial reporting, organization, and working closely with builders, giving her a strong understanding of the coordination and attention to detail required throughout the construction process.
At Rayer Sexton Homes, Meghan helps keep projects and operations organized while supporting the relationships that are central to the company’s work. Her approach reflects the same values the company brings to every project: professionalism, integrity, communication, and a commitment to quality.
Meghan resides locally with her two children and takes pleasure in attending their numerous sporting events.
Meet Chris Sexton
A second-generation home builder and lifelong Main Line resident, Chris Sexton brings more than 20 years of experience in custom residential construction. Raised in Narberth and a graduate of Lower Merion High School, Chris has deep roots in the communities Rayer Sexton Homes serves and a strong understanding of the architecture and character that define the Main Line.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked on custom homes, large-scale renovations, and additions, collaborating with respected architects and building professionals throughout the region. His approach centers on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and a highly personal building experience from the earliest planning stages through completion.
Chris’s familiarity with the Main Line shapes the way he approaches each project with respect for the surrounding neighborhood, attention to architectural integrity, and a focus on creating homes that feel both timeless and individual.
He currently resides in Montgomery County with his wife and daughter.
